Complaint Procedure:
If you have any complaint you can send it to us in writing, by fax, email, website etc. The complaint application must mention the full name and address of the complainant, the name of the father and mother, phone number and profession.
Deadline for Filing Complaint:
According to Article 60 of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, no person will have to file a complaint within 30 days of the occurrence of the cause. Otherwise, the complaint will not be acceptable.
25% payment of the fine:
25 percent of the fine collected according to Article 76 (4) of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009 will be immediately provided to the complainant if it is proved and fined for investigating the amalgamated complaints filed.
Procedure for Filing Complaints:
According to Article 76 (1) of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, "Any person, who can, generally, be a consumer or consumer, under the Ordinance, authorizing the Director-General of the anti-consumer rights act or the person who has been empowered by the Director General of this order, May file a complaint.

How to File a Complaint:
The complaint filed must be written. The complaint can be filed through fax, e-mail, web site, etc. With the complaint, the receipt or all the proof of purchase of goods or services should be attached. The applicant will mention his full name and address, his father's name, phone, fax and e-mail number (if any) and occupation.
