The procedure of Complaints

According to Article 76 (1) of the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009, "Any person, who can, generally, be a consumer or a consumer, written complaint, informing the empowered person from the Director General or Director General of the anti-consumer rights act under this Ordinance May file."

How to file a complaint

  • The way the complaint has to be filed must be written ;
  • Fax, e-mail, website etc. via an electronic device;
  • Or in any other way (with evidence);
  • With the complaint, the receipt of the purchase of goods or services should be attached.

 

** The complainant must mention his full name, father’s and mother's name, address, phone, fax and e-mail (if any) and occupation. Complaints will not be taken if the information is incomplete.
